We believe that you shouldn't be afraid to open a bill from your attorney. You should know what work is being performed and you should know what it is expected to cost. You probably have a household budget, why shouldn't your attorney have a budgeted amount for each stage of representing you? We'll tell you up front how much we estimate each stage of your matter to cost… and we'll stick to it or we'll tell you why we can't.
We charge flat fees for many types of representation. For contested matters, we typically charge an hourly rate and request a retainer. We also take certain types matters on contingency. And finally, for many Social Security and Disability matters our fees are paid out of any benefit awards.
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. We also accept payment plans on most matters.
