Jim Bass graduated magna cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law. He is licensed to practice in Georgia and Tennessee. Jim is a registered patent attorney and is admitted to practice before the Federal District Court of the Northern District of Georgia as well as all Georgia state courts from the county level up to the Supreme Court of Georgia. He is also admitted to practice before all state-level courts in Tennessee.
Jim’s practice areas include family law, criminal defense, disability law, special needs law, wills, trusts, and estates. He is a member of the Family Law and Criminal Law sections of the Georgia State Bar Association.
Jim serves on the Board of Directors of the Elaine Clark Center, a school for special needs children. He also serves on the board of the Spay & Neuter Coalition, a non-profit group providing veterinarian services.
Natalie Green graduated from Georgia State University College of Law. She is licensed to practice law in both Georgia and Tennessee. She is admitted to practice before all Georgia courts, such as the Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court as well as the United States District Court of the Northern District of Georgia, the United States Court of Appeals (11th cir.), and the Supreme Court of Georgia. In Tennessee, Natalie is admitted to practice before all of the state-level courts.
Natalie’s practice areas include adoptions, divorce, child custody, child support, prenuptial agreements, domestic cohabitation agreements, and real estate closings/litigation.
For more than three years, Natalie served as one of three Guardians Ad Litem (GAL) for the Paulding County Juvenile Court. Her advocacy for children as a GAL was a perfect complement to her litigation practice in family law matters involving children and adoptions.
Natalie is a member of the Family Law, Real Estate Law, and Equine Law sections of the Georgia State Bar Association and the National Association of Counsel for Children.
